He is survived by: his wife Monica Malacad; his children, Karen Capley (Jason), Theodore John Malacad (Kristel), Jean Paul Malacad and Kathleen Malacad; his grandchildren, Trishelle Lovella Malacad and Jonathan Chase Capley; and his siblings, Corazon Moncada, Teresita Toney, Emma Henwood, Billy Malacad and Eleuterio Malacad. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
