She is survived by: her sons, Larry Hazard (Dolores) of Florida, Terry Hazard of Thompson Station, TN, Steven Hazard (Vicki) of Columbia, TN, Kevin Hazard (Lesli) of Columbia, TN and Jeffrey Hazard (Karen) of Columbia, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
