She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Carter; her granddaughter Erica Carter; her parents, Kennard Garrison and Retha Garrison; and her siblings, Harold "Wayne" Garrison, Mary "Sue" Smith, Kenneth "Kenny" Garrison, Ronnie Joe "Buddy" Garrison, Betty "Sissy" Platt and Bobby Garrison.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Deanna Carter), Eric (Rachel Carter) and Nathan (Chassidy Carter); and her siblings, Bonnie Pulley, Helen Hancock, Virginia "Jennie" Loven, Barbara Womble, Peggy Hays, Eddie Garrison and George Garrison. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
