She was predeceased by: her father Gary Gentry. She is survived by: her mother Marlene Gentry; her husband Jim R. Hawkins, Jr.; her siblings, Ray Mayberry (Saundra), Lane Gentry and Sandra Gentry; her daughters, Katie Jones (Justin) and Carolyn Hawkins; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Hawkins.
