She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Florence McGill Terry; and her husband Johnny C. Townsend. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Worthy (Ricky) of Columbia and Terry Townsend (Lea) of Pompano Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Lucas Worthy, Logan Worthy and Chelsea Townsend; and her great grandchild Aerolynn Worthy. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
