She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Otto and Nannie Pearl Henson Layne; and her former husband Walter Lee "Buddy" Jefferson. She is survived by: her husband Jim Fultz; her children, Michael Lee Jefferson (Angela), Richard Jefferson (Janie), Timothy Jefferson, Dorothy Scott (Allen) and Carol Edwards (Terry); and her sister Shirley Cochran (Johnny). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
