He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Head and Ethel Head. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cunningham; his daughter Jennifer; his granddaughter Haley; his pet Cosby; his friend Mildred Holcomb; and his sisters, Dimple Fitts of Hendersonville, TN, Phyllis Garland of White House, TN, Barbara Duvall (Tom) and Margie Jones (Billy) of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
