He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wilburn Parks and Evelyn Rutledge Parks; his son Tommy Parks; and his siblings, Larry Parks, Glenn Parks, Bill Parks, Terry Parks and Mary Ann Parks.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Parks (Patsy) of Lewisburg and Sammy Parks (Trina) of Lynnville; his daughter Keren Griffith (James) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Blaine Parks, Dallas Griffith, Denver Griffith, Daniel Parks and Jayna Parks; and his great grandchild Layken Edwards.
