He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Ballard of Columbia; his daughters, Mekia Wray (Jason) of Santa Fe, Kelly Cecil (Justin) of Columbia and Jeanie Ballard Eady of Smyrna; his grandchildren, Wesley Wray, Adam Wray, Sawyer Cecil, Ace Eady and Wyatt Cecil; and his brother Michael Ballard of Charlotte.
