He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carlton Derryberry, Sr. and Frances Wall Derryberry; and his son William Clark Derryberry. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Shoulders Derryberry of Columbia; his children, Dr. Robbye Derryberry (Danny Doak) of Orlando, Florida, Anna Grace Derryberry Carter of Columbia, Paul Matthew Derryberry of Columbia and Abigail Anthony of Athens, Alabama; his grandchildren, William Clark Luttrell, Jordan Ressor, Mattilyn Brewer, Lilly Braden, Janna Carter, Jaden Kent and Zachary Anthony; his great grandchildren, Harper Luttrell and Georgia Luttrell; his sister Jewell Ann Copeland of Chapel Hill; his nephew Tanner Copeland of Chapel Hill; and his niece Tara Stacey (Lyn) of Lewisburg.
