He is survived by: his son Jonathan Barnes (Becky); his grandson Colten Barnes; his brother Roy Barnes (Lois); and his aunts and uncles, Bobby Barnes, Vance Potts, Roger Hill, Clyde Kelley, Jean Kelley, Linda Hill, Naomi Kelley, Barbara Rowland and Hazel Adair.
