She is survived by: her daughters, Laquitta Davis of Columbia and Ashley Gassaway (Dante) of Murfreesboro; her siblings, James Caruthers (Mildred) of Columbia, Minnie D. Davis (Samuel E.) of Columbia, Patricia Martin of Columbia and Lora Johnson of Columbia; her grandchildren, Evan Miller, Avery Gassaway, Danielle Gassaway and Ayden Gassaway; her close friends, Ann Napier Gaines, Sandra Maxwell and Pam Armstrong; her nephew Demetrius Craig; and her aunt Charlene Bills. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Maury Memorial Gardens (611 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401).
