He is survived by: his children, Jeannie Beard (William) of Lewisburg, TN, Betty Gayle Osornio (Santiago), Sally Burcham (Jason) of Culleoka, TN, Kortnee Wise of Columbia, TN, Jackson Harper (Erin Edwards) of Franklin, TN and Taylor Wise of Columbia, TN; his brothers, Richard Harper (Jennifer) and Raymond Harper (Cammie); his former wife Vera Harper; and his close friend Rosie "Chump" Guthrie. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
