She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Koone and Amos Alfred Pagel, Sr.; her husband Joe Donald Underwood; and her siblings, Alfred Pagel, Carolyn Brown, Vernon Pagel, Julius Pagel, Mary Fowler and Wayne W. Pagel.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Underwood (Carolyn) of Decatur, AL, Pam Mosley (Bill) of Murfreesboro, TN and Donnie Underwood (Sara) of Columbia, TN; her grandchildren, Joey Underwood (Chasity), Daniel Underwood, Courtney Turman (Brian), Heather Oliver, Derek Pugh (Kristi) and Levi Pugh; and her great grandchildren, Carley Pugh Williams, Hayden Pugh, Courtney Osborne, Dylan Osborne, Hannah Pugh Hostetler, Hope Pugh, Zoey Underwood, Riley Underwood, Paisley Underwood, Nicholas Turman, Stephen Turman, Brady Turman, Lucy Turman, Dawson Oliver, Peyton Oliver and Lily Oliver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
