He was predeceased by: his brother Terry Heithcock. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Heithcock; his daughter Kristen Beasley; his parents, Samuel Heithcock and Betty Heithcock; his brother Gary Heithcock (Joyce); and his stepchildren, Shane Brewington and Alicia Lender (Ben). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Phillip Heithcock Memorial Fund.
