It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Dorn Hayes Jr. (Columbia, Tennessee), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Webster, Ruth Thorn, William and Agnes Hayes. He is survived by: his parents, Peter and Cindy Hayes, Sr.; his mother-in-law Thelma Reynolds; his sister-in-law Julie Belt (Nicholas); his niece Alexus Belt; and his nephew Cainan Belt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
