It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Scott Stanton of Columbia, Tennessee, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Judge John S. Stanton (Jack); and her parents, Lawrence A. Scott and Lela Parker Scott. She is survived by: her sister Juanita House of London, Kentucky; her children, Julia Stanton Bragg (Howard) of Arlington, John Scott Stanton (Jennifer) of Memphis and Robert Quentin Stanton (Clairena) of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, John Bragg (Andrea), Henry Bragg (Laurence), Kathryn Cespedes (Brian), Ben Stanton, Will Stanton and Laura Elizabeth Wolovits (Josh); and her great grandchildren, William Bragg, Charles Bragg, Kathryn Bragg, Julia Bragg, Henry Bragg, Jackson Cespedes, Sadie Cespedes, Zaher Hamid, Livia Wolovits, Hazel Wolovits and Pearl Wolovits. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
