She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul Dowell and Mary Marie McDonald Dowell; and her son Michael Todd Brown. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Ashley Brown; her siblings, Carolyn Cheek (David) and John Edward Dowell; her niece Tracey Peery (Marty); her nephew Briant Cheek (Jayme); and also, Chesley Lowery (Tyler) and Lux David Lowery.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Oakes and Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401).
