She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert Lee Noel, Sr. and Ray Lee; her brother Robert Franklin McDaniel; her daughter Barbara S. Quiggin; and her grandson Eric Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Noel, Jr. of Columbia, TN, Pamela Kalakay of Columbia, TN and Shandra Blackwell-Rock (Andy) of Lakeland, TN; her sisters, Lenda Martin (Richard) of Grand Blanc, MI and Glenda Berry (Warren); her grandchildren, Robert Lee III Noel (Lisa), Kevin Kalakay (Amanda), Alisha Quiggin, Ryan Kalakay, Logan Kalakay (Amanda), Robert Lee "Trace" Blackwell, III and Townsend Blackwell; and her great grandchildren, Marisa Holt, Raylynn Noel, Karis Holt, Kinsley Kalakay and Cooper Kalakay.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
