She is survived by: her spouse Chris Forbes; her sons, Jimmy Forbes of Gallatin, TN, Scott Forbes (Elizabeth) of Spring Hill, TN and Damon Forbes of New Orleans, LA; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Myah, Dylan and Jenna Forbes.
