He is survived by: his wife Edna Lopez; his children, Edna Hernandez (James Irwin) of Columbia, TN, Angel Hernandez of Columbia, TN, Alma Rutledge (Brandon) of Memphis, TN and Oscar Hernandez Jr. of Columbia, TN; and his grandchildren, Yazulli Hernandez, Yire Hernandez, Miguel Hernandez and Andre Hernandez Irwin.
