He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Church and Cleo King Church; and his wife Darlene Joy Gilliam Church. He is survived by: his children, Kim Church Kinzer (Mike) of Columbia, TN and Jeff Church (Holly) of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Emily Joy Kinzer of Sarasota, FL, Kaelin Michael Kinzer of Columbia, TN, Connor Gentry Church and Carson Daniel Church of Birmingham, AL; and his brother Frank Church (Gail) of Columbia, TN..
