She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Richard Brown and Amanda Myrtle Brown; and her husband Joe Willie Duvall. She is survived by: her children, Sonia Trousdale (Robin) of Florida, Starling "Star" Williams (Brian) of Columbia, TN and Joe W. Duvall, Jr. of Florida; her grandchildren, Ashley Pelfrey (Brett), Nathan Williams, Abby Williams, Benton Williams and Chloe Nichole Estes; her great grandchildren, Ella Pelfrey and Ethan Pelfrey; and her siblings, Faye Weaver (Jack) and Jimmy Brown (Doris).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Columbia Academy and the church of Christ Disaster Relief.
