She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter Reed and Dalphia May Polluck Reed; her husband Lewis Hunter; and her brother Jerry Reed. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Casteel (Keith) of Columbia and Barbara Howard of Columbia; her siblings, Wayne Reed (Debbie) of Columbia, Rev. Larry Reed (Carla) of Laurel, MS and Helen Margaret Conner of Columbia; her grandson David Lewis "D. L."; her great grandchildren, Jazmine Pagan, Lexie Pagan, Briley Redd, Rylan Redd, Felishia Ragsdale, Brooklyn Howard, Bryleigh Kirland, Coleman Brinkley and Bella Brinkley; and her great great grandchildren, Matthew Ragsdale, Noah Ragsdale, Gracie Ragsdale and Eli Fitzgerald.
