She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Thompson and Icie Pearl Hardin Thompson; her husband William Watson; and her daughter Cynthia Pearl Pruitt. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Jacobs of Columbia, Teresa Scroggins (Dan Krunich) of Hampshire and Melissa York; her sisters, Vada Richardson (Ron) of Columbia and Zada Tomlin of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, Carrie Beard, Jason Pruitt, Jeff Watson (Tara), Bridget Beckum and Amy Knapp; and her great grandchildren, Harley Beard, Nevaeh Beard LaFevor, Jobie Johnson, Alissaa Pruitt, Desiree Pardue, Austin Whitfield, Dayton Whitfield, Braxton Pruitt, Kayden Pruitt, Haley Watson, Layla Cannady and Lucas Dugger. She is also survived by eleven great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
