He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Culwell and Wilma Ruth Moore. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moore; his son Jonathan Moore; his granddaughter Hannah Moore; his aunts, Sadie Sullivan and Peggy Moore; his uncle Rayburn Reynolds; his stepbrother Tommy Culwell; his half-sisters, Terry and Tammy; his stepmother Diane; and his stepsister Anette.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
