He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McCormack and Avonelle Wright McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Melton; his children, Jacob McCormack and Hannah McCormack (Drew Colvett); his brother Stephen McCormack (Yong Mi); and his aunts, Mary Margaret Henson, Sandy Graham and Karolyn Welty. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
