He is survived by: his father Edgar "Barry" Collins; his stepmother Judy Collins; his siblings, Donald Collins (Margaret) of Walworth, NY and Marie Collins (Ken Bulman) of Ontario, NY; his stepbrothers, Wayne Jones (Patricia) of Columbia, Randy Jones (Sherry) of Mt. Pleasant and Scott Jones of Shelbyville; and his cousin Sue Reber of Brockport, NY. He is also survived by 2 nieces and several cousins.
