He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy T. Adams and Johnnie Brake Adams; his siblings, Betty Harlow, Wanda Clayton, Lynn Ingrum and Johnny Adams; and his brother-in-law Jim Spears.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kay Spears of Mt. Pleasant, Mary Smith (Bobby) of Mt. Pleasant, Carolyn Hodge of Columbia and Joe Adams (Brenda) of Pulaski; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Harlow of Crestview, FL and Bobby Clayton of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Michael's name to a local animal shelter or horse rescue organization.
