She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel D. English and Mary Elizabeth McClain English; her spouse Marion Clarence "M. C."; and her brothers, Samuel Roscoe English, William D. English and Lilburn English.
She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Symlar (Harry) of Columbia and Elaine Chatman of Columbia; her siblings, Gilbert English of St. Louis, MO and Mildred Puryear of Royal Oak, MI; and her grandchildren, Harry Symlar, Jr. (Donna) of Columbia, Karlisha Harris (Bennie) of Columbia and Keon Hopkins of Columbia. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
