He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Potts and Virginia Lena Rummage Potts; and his brother Frank A. Potts. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sanders Potts of Columbia; his sons, Derrick Potts of Columbia and Chris Potts (Franny) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Austin Potts, Christopher Potts and Peyton Potts; his stepgrandson Joseph Ridley; his great grandchild Clara Mae Potts; and his sister Alma Sisk of Columbia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
