We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 67, Melissa Hendrix (Columbia, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Harper Cantrell and Betty Grooms Cantrell; and her sisters, Glenda Parson and Sherry Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Edwards (Robert), Marvin Thomson, Tina Parson, Misty Hendrix, Michael Hendrix, Stephen Hendrix and Cobey Edwards (Kristin); her grandchildren, Samantha Thompson, Sam Thompson, Jacob Thompson, Casey Thompson, Tyler Thompson, Grace Graham, Jack Graham, Briley Graham, Andrew Rich, Jr., Chloe Edwards, Karmin Cates, Keytin Edwards, Courtney Edwards, Brice Hendrix, Brent Hendrix, Bradley Hendrix and Suvannah Hendrix; and her siblings, Steve Cantrell, Stanley Cantrell and Vicki Calvert.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any donations be sent to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses during these difficult times.
