She was predeceased by: her mother Maggie Dial Gray; her husband Robert "Bobby" Young; her grandson Bryan Pierce; her son-in-law Charles "Buddy" Baxter; and her brother J. C. Gray.
She is survived by: her daughter Candy Young Baxter of Columbia; her granddaughter Jennifer Diehl (J. R.) of Lynnville; her great grandchildren, Jerry Russell Diehl, III of Lynnville, Landon Church of Lewisburg, Robert Pierce of Pulaski and Madison Diehl of Lynnville; and her siblings, Sam Gray (Rhonda) of Texas, Judy Gray of Columbia and Debbie Wiley (Joe) of Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
