She is survived by: her children, Willie James Gilbert of Antioch, Avery Gilbert of Columbia, Jonathan Gilbert of Columbia, Jeffrey Gilbert (Tracy) of Columbia and Daffeny Gilbert of Columbia; and her siblings, Norman Dawson (Carolyn) of Columbia, Major Jones (Terri) of Nashville, A. J and Ora. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
