She was predeceased by: her father Richard Nolen; her husband Bobby L. Mathis; her son Terry Lee Mathis; her grandson Terry Lee Mathis, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Nolen, Jr., Lacy Nolen, Nelly Dugger, Marvin Nolen, Claude Nolen and Gracie Patterson.
She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Mathis Sparkman (Roger); her grandchildren, Kasey Mathis Clifton (Ricki), Elizabeth Sparkman Leggitt, Jaime Sparkman Pelletier, Alan Hood and Hunter Mathis; and her great grandchild Amy Clifton. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren.
