He was predeceased by: his father Edward Caufield; and his niece Jennifer Edmonds. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Rush Caufield (Ronald); his sisters, Cathy Edmonds (Mark) and Barb Bello (Ty); and his nephews, Joe Bello (Katie), Chris Bello (Jessica) and Kevin Edmonds.
