She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Edward Rogers and Patricia Davis Rogers; and her brother Douglas Eugene Rogers. She is survived by: her sons, James Robert Neelley of Culleoka and Steven Lee Neelley of Culleoka; and her brother Robert Daniel Rogers of Centerville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
