Maddox Moore Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maddox Moore (Columbia, Tennessee), who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 12. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Landon Moore and Heather Spires Moore; his brother Chaz Moore; his grandparents, Phillip, Debbie Moore, Charlie and Martha Spires; his great-grandparents, Hortense Spires and Jo Nell Butler; and his aunts and uncles, Derrick Spires (Jaqueline), Phillip Moore (Jessica), Karie Adair (Robert) and Amy Pratt (James). He is also survived by his dad, camping with his grandparents and spending time with his cousins.
Due to Covid 19 concerns, the family requests that anyone who is attending the visitation or funeral service please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
