She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Potts and Icie Byrd Potts; her husband Clyde Thomas Goodwin; and her siblings, Wesley Potts of Buster Potts, G. C, Eva Mae Potts, Ruby Malugin, Mary Alice Jones, Patricia Potts, Jack and Jill Potts.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Burgess (Tommy) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Hannah Berman of Columbia and Meredith Asbury (Justin) of Woodbury; her great grandchildren, Lilly M. Alderson, Jordyn T. Berman and Luci M. Asbury; her siblings, Ivie Parr of Columbia, Barbara Cole of Columbia, Beatrice Duvall of Columbia and Larry Potts of Culleoka; and her brother-in-law Leslie Malugin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made for the maintenance and upkeep of the Potts Cemetery Fund in care of Dana Walters, Treasurer, 1983 Knob Creek Rd, Columbia, TN.
