She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Wiley and Vera Mae Andrews Daniels; her husband Bobby Ray Powell; and her sister Patricia Dianne Vaughn. She is survived by: her brother Jeffrey Dale Wiley (Janie) of Minor Hill; and her nieces and nephews, Lee Vaughn (Terri), Amanda Vaughn (J. Lauterbach), Adam York (Karen) and Ryan Wiley. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and life-long family friend.
