She is survived by: her stepfather Burton Yates; her siblings, Karen Forgy, Kendra Dosset Kozitka, Alicia and Kenneth Forgy; her children, Brandon Forgy and Santana Conner; and her grandchildren, Dyllan Luke Elmore, Alannah Vaughn and Peyton Hatter.
