He is survived by: his wife Pamela Shackelford; his children, Jennifer Thompson (Todd), Candi Wilkie (Chip), Tony Poteete (Amanda), April Childress (Trey) and Angela Poteete; his grandchildren, Ryann, Taylor Thompson, Casey, Megan, Josh Wilkie, Briayna, Lily, Chase Poteete, Alli, Ethan, Jace Childress, Sam and Lizzy Roberts; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Buhl and Milo Wilkie; and also Alex.
