We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021, at the age of 87, Larry G. Murphy of Columbia, Tennessee, born in Springfield, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence G. Murphy and Katherine Frey Benton; his half-brother Steve Murphy; and his sisters, Betty Kate (Don Henry) and Treshia (James Binkley).
He is survived by: his wife Ann Pryor Murphy; his children, Marty Murphy (Robin) of Franklin, TN and Kathy Murphy (Dean Mulholland) of Mt. Pleasant, TN; his grandsons, Michael Parker of Miami, FL, Ryan Murphy (Hannah) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Ben Pruitt of Summertown, TN; his half-brothers, Mike Murphy of Michigan, Donnie Murphy of Michigan, Brian Murphy of Michigan, Rick Benton (Donna) of Greenville, TN and Jeff Benton (Karen) of Springfield, TN; and his great grandchildren, Dylan and Colby Murphy of Mt. Juliet, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
