She is survived by: her mother Audrey Lynn Moses Stephens; her fiancé Johnlee Scales of Columbia; her children, Jeremy Fowler of Franklin, Jeremiah Lee Scales of Columbia, Tristin Scales of Columbia, Stephanie Cheyne Fowler of Lewisburg and Eva Lulani Kretzschmar of Nashville; her brother Adam Lee Stephens of Franklin; and her grandmother Elizabeth Hendrix Howell of Franklin. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
