He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan Faulkner Fisher; his son Daniel Martin (Sarah); his grandchild Dagan; his siblings, Stephen Fisher, Le Ellen Bardill and Gina Prestige; and his stepchildren, Jon Holman and Suzzanne Bates. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and seven nieces and nephews.
