He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherrill Bruce McKennon and Debbie Thomason McKennon Gibson; his grandparents, Claude, Jean Thomason, Mack and Jeanie McKennon; his siblings, Jessica Ann McKennon and Matthew Gibson; his stepfather Jerry Gibson; and his aunts and uncles, Carmack Cothran, Dolly Green, Rick Bailey, Jimmy McKennon and Bobby McKennon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin, Jaelyn, Aaliyah McKennon and Elizabeth Carpenter; his siblings, Stacia Buckner and Jerico McKennon; his aunts and uncles, Shirley Stewart (Jim), Lynn King (Danny), Joyce Caruk, Garry Thomason (Cate), Terry Thomason (Carol) and Douglas McKennon; his nephew Jesse McKennon; and his niece Kennedy McKennon.
