He was predeceased by: his mother Terease Ann "LuLu" Owens; and his grandfather Leroy Owens. He is survived by: his father Roy Clark, Jr.; his close friend JoAnna Cook of Columbia; his children, Leelan Clark of Columbia, Gunner Clark of Columbia and Trinity Clark of Columbia; his sisters, Brittney Owens of Columbia and Cecilia Leann Stringer (Russell) of Dickson; his grandmother Annie Mae Owens of Columbia; his uncle Danny Ray Owens (Jennifer) of Knoxville; his aunt Sandra Kay Pedrick (Craig) of Mt. Pleasant; and his nieces, Taniya Owens of Columbia and Zamiya Owens of Columbia.
