He is survived by: his wife Golden Smith; his daughter Eurica Lewis; his grandchildren, Denzel Lewis, Adonte Taylor, Amyah Ball, Marionna Taylor, Madison Goodwin and Aniyah Polk; his great grandchild Aria D. Lewis; his sisters, Birdie Mae Smith, Phyllis A. Abrams and Amie L. Vorrice; and his goddaughters, Taneisha Taylor, Laqunda Taylor and Shaquilla Goodwin (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
