It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Dale Scott of Columbia, Tennessee, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale John Scott and Helen Bisher Scott; his sons, Dale Leo Scott and Shawn Gregory Scott; his sister Karen Lea Scott Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Verl Myers and Bob Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Anderson; his children, Cameron Wayne Scott of Murfreesboro, TN and Tonya Elizabeth Scott Rubio (John) of Murfreesboro, TN; his sister Carol Scott Myers of Collins, IA; his parents-in-law, Roy Lee and Charlotte Anderson; and his nephews, Mike Johnson, Steve Johnson, Jim Myers and Joe Myers. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
