He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Alexander and Annie Mae Lowhorn Lightfoot; and his former wife Eloise Hunt Lightfoot. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lightfoot; his children, Patricia Collins (Anthony L.) of Columbia, TN and Johnny Lightfoot Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael Todd Collins and Michelle Renee Collins (Michael); his great grandchildren, Matthew L. McDonald (Nicole), Gabriel E. Collins, Ashley B. Hughes and Sofia J. Collins; his great great grandchildren, Bryson Fisher Wiles, Grayson Judah Wiles, Jaxon L. McDonald, Mercy A. McDonald and London P. Hughes; and his sister Magdalene Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Johnnie's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimers Society.
